With frontage to both George and Sussex Streets, the hotel stands above the brand-new Sussex Arcade, boasting an array of shops catering for every need, as well as a restaurant and bar. The hotel's café is also located at street level in the Arcade and is open all day long. Take-away breakfast boxes can be ordered from the reception.
A funky guest lounge with communal kitchen and coin operated guest laundry is perfect for relaxing, preparing your own meal or meeting other guests.
Irons and ironing boards are available on request and electricity adaptors are for sale.
The reception staff can assist with any requests for car or bike rental, theatre and sports events tickets and local sightseeing tours.

The Pensione Hotel requires credit card details to secure the booking. No charge for cancellations received by the Pensione Hotel 5 days and more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival, a charge, usually equal to one night's stay, or determined by the Pensione Hotel will apply.
